Important Notices
Pizza Day
The pizza order forms that went home indicated that pizza slices would be available to buy most Fridays for those who did not order pizza on a recurring basis. Although this is the case, if you DO wish to buy your child pizza on specific Fridays, please make sure that you still send your child with a complete lunch. There are usually a limited number of extra slices, and we cannot guarantee that everyone who wants a slice will receive one.
Peanut Butter and WOW Butter
As per Upper Canada District School Board Policy, schools that are designated nut-free, such as Russell Public School, do not allow either peanut butter or peanut butter substitues (ie: WOW butter), even if the substite is clearly marked as such. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
Teacher Tip!
Here are some easy ways to enhance the reading that you already do with your child!
